
Our Story…
I was born and raised in the south of Germany, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees, cushioned in ‘’bien manger’’ with the delightful scent of Flammkuchen in the middle of the beautiful nature.
I always wished to serve delightful food with accompanying soulful wine at an elegant and simple place that I could call my own.
I found that place with my Föllerei and love to call it home.

Daniel Stappelmann
Born and raised in the wonderful Saarland, Daniel finished his formal training as a cook in 2007. After one more year in school, he moved to the big city of Berlin. After working at several places in 2016 he and Föllerei met by chance and he found his home to stay.
Yalın Özer
Born in the States and raised in Istanbul, Yalın finished his formal training as a cook in 2018 after he decided to lay down his history bachelor and embrace cooking fully. He came into Föllerei 2 years ago and found a home there.
Johannes Kamprad
Johannes has been our beloved intern for a year now and to tell the truth, we would like to keep him.
